Learn to Cultivate and Maintain Inner Peace.
You have the potential to meet the moment with clarity and presence.
As a mindfulness-based coach and teacher, I help people navigate life, personally and professionally, with more inner peace.
My business journey has deep roots in my personal path — one shaped by a world that overstimulated me, and an inner world that mirrored that noise. With ADHD and heightened sensitivity, I often felt the noise of the world echoing louder inside — leaving me restless, ungrounded, and longing for a sense of peace. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, lost in thought, pulled by emotion — to experience a lack of meaning, connection, and fulfillment.
There were times when I felt empty — craving inner calm, clarity, and the ability to just be still without the flood of noise inside and out.
I longed for peace. For presence. For a way to focus, to show up with agency instead of reactivity.
Over the last 18+ years, I’ve devoted myself to understanding how to navigate the inner world — not just in stillness or solitude, but in the midst of daily life. How to meet what’s here with grace, and how to build systems and practices that help you show up as your fullest self… and keep going even when it feels like you can’t.
This is what I offer: grounded techniques, compassionate support, and a lived practice of cultivating peace and presence with more consistency — in your work, your relationships, and your life.
These programs are available for individuals and groups.
Inner Peace in Modern Times
The workshop that goes beyond just technique.
This is for those who want consistent meditations and deeper connection.
- Detach from the noisy inner landscape
- Cultivate calm—even in uncertainty
- Be more present, more often
- Build a practice you can rely on
This workshop was born from lived experience.
Drawing from ancient wisdom, grounded in modern science, guided by intuition, and infused with live music—all working together to carry you deeper into the experience—it offers a meditation technique designed to do more than calm the mind. The music is not background—it becomes part of the practice, guiding the rhythm of breath, inviting stillness, and helping you settle into a more open, embodied state of awareness.
You’ll learn how to shift your awareness—from the mind, into the body, and finally into spacious presence. This progression helps regulate heightened states and guides you back into the higher-functioning parts of the brain, while reassuring the body that it is safe.
In this session, I’ll walk you through the foundations—merging science, ancient wisdom, and practical tools to help you understand the technique and feel empowered to practice it on your own.
We’ll explore specific breathing techniques, how to train soft focus, and how these two elements come together to create a steady, repeatable path into inner peace.
This practice helps you develop an inner state of clarity and awareness—one that you can return to when life gets hard.
With time and training, you’ll be able to access this state again and again.
Both in stillness and day-to-day life. Even in the chaos.
Especially when it matters most.

1-1 Coaching
Catalyst for What's Possible
Creating the space for clarity, agency, and a meaningful life
The right coaching experience can change the way you see yourself and what’s possible.
Whether you’ve worked with a coach before or this is new territory, my approach is different. I combine mindfulness, psychology, neuroscience, and intuition to create a space where you can explore your inner landscape in ways you have not otherwise reached.
I know what it’s like to feel overstimulated — whether it’s the constant demands of work, the pull of daily life, the never-ending ping of devices, or the noise that comes from within: inner chatter, emotions, restless thoughts, and more. To struggle to find clarity in all that noise. To wish you could respond differently, with more steadiness, as you navigate your thoughts, emotions, and the present moment. To long for peace — to make a decision and move forward without second-guessing.
You may already invest time in your growth — refining your craft, advancing your career, or deepening your skills. The heart of this work is a committed dedication to the inner landscape—your mind, your emotions, and the patterns that shape how you meet the world. That inner work is where lasting change begins, and it’s the wellspring of peace, connection, and contentment. This is the work we’ll do together.
It won’t always be easy. At times, it may feel uncomfortable because I will challenge deeply held truths. But that is where real growth begins—with a willingness to expand, to admit you might have been wrong, and to stay open to something more… embracing both mystery and science.
You’ll discover that you are safe and capable of far more than you realize. That even when life gets challenging, you can live with inner peace—it doesn’t have to be one or the other. You’ll learn how to observe your thoughts and emotions without being swept away by them. You’ll build adaptability and openness, grounded in both internal and external awareness. You’ll learn how to regulate your system—even in heightened moments—returning to clarity and action from a place of agency, not fight-or-flight reactivity.
You’ll have what you need to live with more peace, more meaning, and deeper connection—to yourself, others, and the unknown.
A life of Peace and Presence.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Q's
Isn't meditation just sitting cross legged, lighting incense, and focusing?
While that is one way to meditate, it is not the only. In fact, there are many forms of meditation, some thousands of years old, while others have been developed more recently.
How is this different from other forms of meditation?
I offer a unique blend that draws from ancient traditions while integrating modern scientific insights. This approach includes a gentler style of attention through something called soft focus—a way of holding awareness that fosters open presence. The result is a more consistent meditation experience that feels natural and can be returned to again and again.
What's it like working with you as a coach?
Working with me is an exploration of yourself—expanding into new possibilities while leaning into the edges of what’s comfortable. It’s a space where you’ll feel truly seen and heard, with room for both challenge and support. Together, we’ll work in that sweet spot where growth happens.
